Check In: 15:00 PM, Check Out: 12:00 PM

Early and Late Departure

If you require guaranteed access to early check-in or late check-out, we strongly recommend booking additional nights. If you prefer not to book, luggage storage will be available at the reception.

Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy (subject to your reservation type):

• - Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made for any reason.

• - Cancel 21 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival. A refund will be issued with a 3% deduction for bank fees.

Please ensure to review your booking details before proceeding with any cancellation.

No Show

If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Security Deposit Charged

Our reception will ask for deposit charge at IDR 500.000 net by credit card upon arrival. This deposit is accepted in IDR only.

Credit Card

We prefer Visa and Master Card.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the indoor area of the room, but it is allowed in the outdoor or pool area.

Age Requirement Policy

Guest under 10 years old considered as children, others are considered as adult. All guests must be at least 18 years old to register.

Extended Stay

Please contact Front Desk for extension request. Confirmation is subject to villa availability.

Pet Policy

Pet is allowed, except at Roomates Canggu.

Tax Policy

21% government tax and service.

Currency Rate

Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Payment Method

We accept payments via QRIS, Debit Card, Visa, and MasterCard. Please note, cash is not accepted.
